Source: NYPD Motor Vehicle Collisions dataset via NYC Open Data, queried live for the selected range. Incidents are sorted into bike types purely by matching text such as "e-bike", "scooter", or "bicycle" in the vehicle type fields, so records that don't label the vehicle — common in older data — may be missed or miscategorized.
